seems like a good app but completely unusable on smaller screened Android devices. Unless you artificially change the minimum DPI width, a lot of visual artifacts hide behind other artifacts which doesn't allow for the officer to check validity of your submission.

worst experience, global entry is a waste of time, no benefit. lines were long, TSA was ignorant, we had to go through full security, had to remove clothing and shoes, my wife was bodily searched, and they rifled through our bags, opened and wasted a bag of coffee from our trip. long lines!!!!

Used at SEA. Best passport control experience ever! I set up the account and took the photo while still on the plane and it only took 2 minutes (I had global entry beforehand). No line, no questions, no waiting. Got to skip a miserably long buildup in the other queues.

It looks like you can do the GEP application through the app, which is good. But I'm already accepted and was hoping to be able to just login and be able to see a digital card that I can present when required, instead of needing to wait for my physical one.

App does not start up / does not work on Android. You will receive an error that states "Could not check app version" upon opening the app.

I'm told I can submit until I get there, but also I can't use a mobile phone in customs area. this is confusing and unnecessary. Please allow me to submit in flight

the app is very amateurish. low in explanation and guidance. travel is hectic with no time to be looking up faqs to why it's not working.

this app should include a digitally secured ID card with qr or something that can be used in lieu of the physical global entry ID card. it should be easy to add functionality such as this.
