I am using the app for paying my bills and when I am about to put my card the pay button disappears!

User interface is just not working. when you type something that is at the end of the page, the keyboard covers the page, hence you can't see what you are writing. Payment environment also crushes and then you have to restart the app.

Except their really bad quality customer service (they have closed all their telephones now, i hope its not an "Energa" similar case for gods sake) their app sucks...Trying to register as a first time user, the first time the process is not completed because of app error, the second because i cant for some reason put my password while correct! -then it says repeat the whole process. No i have not other things to do in life, i will only devote my time to a miscoded app. I mean are serious people?

The issue I was facing not initializing the app was resolved and upon reinstalling I have access again. The app itself is very useful. Update 08/05 unfortunately after a few days the problem with the initializing is back. Please fix this.

the app doesn't always open. the overall service and customer experience are disappointing, there is no support.

there is no choice to pay the bill through the app, although in the e-bill email there is a clickable button which redirects (tries to redirect) to the app!

App sucks had to renew pass cuz I had log in probs. After reset still the same I can't get in. FIX IT
