9 out of 10 times that app does not work and the 1 time it does , you might end up with over charging because it will malfunction mid way of doing something..... Bad design with tons of bugs ....

I can't even login anymore. Just keep getting "Something went wrong, try again" for yhe last couple of days. I could be understanding if an issue lasted for some hours to be fixed, but not being able to login to your account for so many days is unacceptable.

Pain to log in. Why do I have to receive an OTP on both my phone and my email? Why just one option isn't enough? I can't log in to the app. Now it requires a pin but in the validation process it doesn't accept the pin. I go back to change the pin but still doesn't accept it. And there is no way I can see what I am typing. Dear Vodafone, I just want to top up, you don't store any life threatening data there. Please chill with so many mandatory locks. This app is unusable.

The app is not working. I have been trying to log in since yesterday, but I keep getting a message that something went wrong. Tried changing passwords, via forgot password, again getting a message that something went wrong. Live chat doesn't seem to work either

Two factor authentication is making it impossible to renew the balance. I have to pay for extra credits through the browser and not the app. Please fix it

Too intrusive with mandatory permissions. The number had a bar due to expired renewal but the app insisted on sms validation before proceeding, so its mandatory also to renew in order for the app to work... this is a JOKE.

It would be a nice feature to have the panic button on the login page. There were a lot of times I ran out of credits and having no internet access in order to top up. Last night I faced the same problem I had to find a free access wifi at the middle of the night which is not always an option. I believe this feature will be very convinient for a lot of users. A more general solution could be to not require internet data at all in order to use cu app, which makes more sense to me.

I've been using this app for more than 5 years, and that's only because you can top up the credit online. Unfortunately all those years my experience using it was 3 out of 5 times crashing app, and 1 out of 5 constantly logging me out. The app has problem to connect via WiFi and won't recognize neither the number/SIM, nor the account. To today, the app won't connect after the last update of the app, and that's almost a month I can't connect!! The good points... Only the online top up... Sadly...
