This is a fraud app. My corporate account is linked to Medibuddy and I have some amount allotted to spend on medical issues but I'm unable to use the wallet amount for my physiotherapy sessions. I have been reaching out to the customer service but they are not able to resolve the issue and just keep providing the same update everytime. I can't deal with these guys and it's so frustrating everytime to follow up when you are already in so much pain and want some desperate help.

Worst app i have ever seen. Half of the links doesn't work. Half of the links just times out. Doesnt throw error also. Contact links, customer care link doesnt work at all. Scamming corporate employees. Update 1: They ask to drop email. And when we drop email, they ask ys to use the website in a laptop. I dont know whats the point in having the app then?

I have a corporate subscription. I have a balance of 5k in wallet. Whenever I try to order the products or any medicine they are out of stock. I have been trying to use my balance since more than 6 months. How come they are always out of stock? These day I am facing issue which says unable to open the cart please try again. No matter how many times I try, the issue is same. The most pathetic and worst app ever. I would like to give negetive rating but there is no option to do so. Iam not sure

This is unacceptable. I paid for the gold membership, which clearly promised one free follow-up after a consultation. However, when I tried to schedule my follow-up with a specialist, I was told it’s not included. To add to the frustration, your customer service team is now saying that specialists are excluded from follow-ups, despite no prior mention of this. I feel misled and frustrated by this entire experience.

One of the worst application, while using the app, it shows technical error and disconnect, and many occurance you will not find OPD option to process the claim. For support only calling option is available and it's take too much time to connect, after connect with the support executive they find deficulties in finding/ match your details with their records and sometime the call was disconnected. Overall worst application, and service.

An app which isn't trustworthy. Everytime I upload the claim documents, it shows tha the claim has been generated successfully with all documents. However, by the time the insurance/claims team starts reviewing the documents, none of the documents except the claim form is available on the portal. It's not the first time. It happens every single time. Very frustrating to deal with such an app.

This is absolutely unacceptable! Medibuddy has proven to be completely unreliable and frustrating. I can't believe they deducted ₹499 twice, totaling ₹1000, and yet failed to connect me with a doctor. It's outrageous! I've been trying to reach out to their customer service, but it's been a nightmare. No response, no resolution, just complete silence. I trusted them to provide a critical service, and instead, they have caused me unnecessary stress and wasted my hard-earned money. 0

I have a corporate account. I have been trying to apply for a Domiliciary reimbursement since last week. It always throws "Unable to process, Please try after sometime error". The availablity of this app is very poor. Edit: No improvements at all. This app is more of an useless now. Unable to apply for a claim for more than 6 months.
