Edit: first app company thats actually fixed an issue due to a review. Works great now. Thanks Old: great app...when it works. Every other workout it crashes losing all my data for that day. Edit: don't know what's changed, but it crashes every single workout at this point. Losing data that I have to fill in again

Overall not bad app, but there are things I would like to see different: 1. It is not possible to skip/choose training I want to do today. My coach created plan with three different types of training. Once for some reasons wrong training was selected and I couldn't skip it. 2. It is easy accidently to remove exercise or set by accident swipe. 3. Within training I can not reorder exercises or add another one permanently. Whenever I add one it is not displayed next time.I need it because of point2

I was not able to connect to the studio but received Support promptly and now it works! Basic app but does what it is meant to/what the fitness studio allows. Would be helpful to have some functionality to track courses/progress, link with other fitness apps, etc

Recognized the account but cannot access studio. Support couldn't help and asked me to use the studio website! 😂 To answer you: Nope, the studio allow the connection with the app, 2 friends are using it since months. We send a video to prove that it works on iPhone and JJ studio because your poor customer service told it was a lie it couldn't be true. 😂 Like we are genius. Guess what, my friend connection to the studio was terminated 30min later! After months of use. Very classy from you or JJ

does not support multiple families accounts. so I have to log out from my account and login with my children account in order to reserve a spot in the class for him.

No notifications received. I used to use the same app with another studio. So I decided to delete my account to create it again but now I can't use the same email. I can't log in because obviously I deleted the account but I can't create a new one because it says the email is already used. Make it make sense

I installed the app to be able to book an appointment but for some reason there is only one available slot per week and really late at night. Since it was the main selling point of this app, it is quite disappointing

I am setting new weight and repetitions during the training, nevertheless next training it is back to default. Paper documentation is better...
