Sometimes it crashes when trying to pre-book on my HTC One M8. It's still worth using it as the staff are very responsive and helpful. They are reachable via Whatsapp, which is reassuring. The drivers are reliable. An extra layer of safety if you are a non Italian speaker in Naples.

After installing and attempting to register, a message appeared: Error 702 "client-lang" in not allowed to be empty. So not working, uninstalled.

Just tried once for now, I think is good for who likes use apps for needs of everyday. Can be a good alternative to Uber in Italy. It's easy,fast,can be more if many taxi drivers would join the service

Waited for the taxi he appeared to be driving around town before he picked us up according to his GPS coordinates. When he got there the fare was already 9 euros. We got to the airport and he demanded 25 euros even though the meter said 15. I think you're better off negotiating before you take a taxi because I was originally quoted 15 euros.

It's synced with Google Maps, making it very intuitive to use. It estimates your fare up front before you even call a taxi so you know what price to expect for your desired destination. The only thing that I saw could be improved is that the email I received with my code was entirely in Italian, whereas the rest of the app had been in English for me. I still was able to tell what my code was in the email, though, so it was functional. Really helpful overall for getting around Naples!

Even though I did ended up cancelling my trip with them which was fairly easy to book ahead of time, they refunded the reservation sum of €7 to my PayPal account. Also super super responsive via WhatsApp. Appreciate the help guys!
