I recharged my sim to be able to browse and all of a sudden it didn't work. A month subscription. I went to the nearby station they said I had to pay some amount which I did, then told me to wait for 3 mins or that it will be activated 😅 which wasn't after a week just looking at my sub sitting there I emailed them then told me they don't see anything from there end that all is good I should try and put off my phone or put the sim in another device which I did. None still didn't work till today.

An awful application, every time I need something it's a pain to find, very counterintuitive design and colour theme. Sorry to say but the phone menu is more accurate.

Moldcell is a company that deceives its customers. The package I purchased did not work in roaming. Technical support could not solve this problem. Their marketing does not match the technical capabilities.
