Great service, great app. It can have issues sometimes, but then I call the amazing customer service, and they always help me in English. They just need more cars available in Jerusalem City Center. I wish that it would keep the pictures of the dents and scratches so I don't always have to retake pictures, which can take a bit of extra time, especially when in a rush. Otherwise, I love the service and use it often.

First time I used it it worked fine and was convenient. Second time the car I reserved was all dented from front to back with part of the bumper hanging down. The app kept crashing as I tried to upload photos so I called, and after being on hold for a long time they finally arranged for a different car in a different location. In all I didn't get going until an hour after my reservation, but they charged me for that time anyway. Maybe try another service.

Very bad app! It took me to three different locations to puck up that car, and on two of them, no cars at all (after making me walk for 3 kms... . There is no clear information about the returning/parking of the car! I really don't recommend it!!

If you plan to drive long distances or over a day it will be cheaper with a car rental agency, but it's a great solution for just a few hours and small distances. My problem with the app is that in order to see a detailed recipet of past rides (i.e. the breakdown of the sum total) you must download a pdf each time which is annoying and a bad user experience. I don't understand why you can't show it within the app.

Easy and hassle-free. No forms to fill, no clerks to talk to, no fighting attempts to upsell. Get a cat any time of day or night, when you need it most and rental companies are all closed. True, the price is higher than at a rental company, but the availability and accessibility are worth it. Next, I want to see goto cars at places like Ramon airport where rentals are all closed for the weekend - just when I need one.

They charged me $1200 USD for two trips. It was advertised for ₪150 per trip. This is criminal. These are criminally misleading business practices. I cannot stress how terrible of a situation two rental trips have put me in. This is not okay in any business practice. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY PERIOD.

Hi, I wanted to try the application without renting any car. After i finished adding my credit card, Ivstarting playing with the app. In total, I used the app 20 min. After couple of minutes, I got a notification from my credit card that i was charged 17 shekels. I immediately removed the app. Person in charge of UX did a bad job in the configuration of the payment UI part: a notification screen perhaps? Consider enabling the ability to try the application (with no ability to rent a car).

Good service, really horrable app. It doesn't shows that you have only 3 attempts to put code, and then it just ignores it silently. Login issues every second time i open it, language bug, that shows me that i'm on eng but im on heb, and a lot of other bugs and dangerous UX decisions. But hey, yes, it works
