This app was not working. Don't get the text messages on the phone. Can't pay the lumper fee or reply to say yes I'm at the door.

Good idea, bad implementation,bad support. Forced to install this for several of my stops. You down load app then they send you texts that take you to the website. Over and over and nothing will update. Customer "service" if it isn't an automated menu that hangs up at the end. The person will ask what the problem is then send you to an automated message that tells you to use the app then hangs up.

It's a good app. Little wonky the 1st time but that was all me. Once you get it figured out it works well. I liked it. Not a bad experience. The only drawback is if you have to call in if you have a problem. It's all automated, so if you're having trouble don't expect much help there. Just asks you the same questions as the app.

I got a text message saying it was a total amount of $188 so requested that amount from the broker no problem. When I got the call saying my load was done i went to pick up paperwork and they were saying I was shot and still had a balance of $110. They said we had to pay the remaining balance or we would be sent to some type of collection that would add an additional $300 if I didn't pay the remaining balance. Had a really bad experience just as a warning be careful and wait to pay until the end

Difficult to work with. Driver gets bombarded with strange links via texts, and is repeatedly asked to download the app even after they already have. It needs to explain the steps better and eliminate duplication. I hope I don't have to use this app again anytime soon. The app keeps rejecting my lumper payment, so I have to call in.

As drivers we shouldn't be forced to download 3rd party apps, it's an invasion of privacy and there's no guarantees they won't track us etc. Plus it wastes memory storage forcing me to delete other apps I would prefer keeping. Every customer wants a different stupid payment app for their lumpers. Lumper billing, etc. should go directly to our carriers and not even involve drivers. I miss the paper checks. These apps are not a convenience for truckers. I already have 6 similar payment apps.
