The app has improved a bit, but not enough to get it past one star. I am frustrated daily because tracking my child on the app is impossible. When it shows my child is on the bus, and I click, I only see maps. I don't see the bus or where it is, no matter how much I exit and refresh the app. Do better, have real people test the app!

App frequently fails to load, and I can't see where the bus is anymore like i could in the website. Without the ability to track where the bus is while my child is on it, the entire app is pointless. Edit: developer's suggestion that I need to turn on To School/To Home alerts is unfortunately not helpful. I do have those turned on and am still unable to view a map tracking the bus.

It notifies fine, but when I go into the app it doesn't show my student. I can go into notifications and it will show drop off and pickup of him, but he isn't listed on the student part. Also trying to add my other kid since his school just got one and it just keeps spinning like it's loading, had to try multiple times, then it said it added him, but when you go into the account part it shows no kids linked. If I go out and back in sometimes it says kids linked. Won't change bus notify time

I used to love this app it used to give updates on the bus whereabouts. This app is now garbage, It used alert parents on the statuses of the children in transit, from home to drop offs at school and returns home, also being able to view the map that showed the location of the bus. Now the alerts come the moment the bus arrives or after and the map "is unavailable" very disappointed BEWARE WORST APP EVER

I do not like the fact that you changed how we are able to select the type of notification tone. I can not hear the one y'all forcibly chose. I am not liking your new update.

Update: still no map. We don't even use this thing or look at the notifications. We just know when the bus will be here and send the kids out, old school style. Not everything needs an app and this proves it, imo. God awful. There is no point to this app, 100% worse than the website. They took away the map tracker, gives inadequate info as it is, and is worthless. BOOOOO. We want the map tracker back!

Major downgrade from the previous system our school used. You cannot look at the map until you get a notification. The notification is sent based on the time the bus is expected to arrive. Too unpredictable. Would be nice if you could set a zone and when the bus passes that zone, you get a notification. Updated my review to lower the rating. Map function hasn't worked at all for several weeks.

Revised review: The app is no longer useful. There is no map visability at all. You only get notified when your child gets on or off the bus. The app developers are timely in responding, but they have no control because the map is at the district discretion, but the districts never respond. Old review : Please allow us to see the map sooner. It only allows us to see the map once it sends a notification. It is easier to monitor when it will come if we can see the whole route
