Unusable app. No way of using the app if you're not German. Tickets purchased in the app for a concert that has been cancelled is virtually impossible to refund. It is not possible as an international visitor to find any support for this useless and unusable app. Unfortunately you have no choice if the organiser of your favourite artist decides to use this brain dead service.

Fansale does not work, first you get redirected to a website, you have to log in again, end up at a random page instead of the ticket resale and then you get a permission denied error on the website. Horrible UX on the app and buggy website.

De app gedownload om mijn e-tickets te kunnen scannen vanavond. Echter blijft de app ladend hangen op het startscherm. Ik zal mijn tickets dus toch moeten printen, arme bomen.. :(
