requesting an e-sim sends you to a page that requests a physical SIM. also I couldn't change my address so now instead of an e-sim you are gonna send a physical SIM to a place I no longer live... please fix it so I can request an e-sim

Interface is renewed and Not made better! I use the app to add GB's to an unlimited subscription. UNlimited with KPN is 5GB and after those, you need to "charge" your simcard with 1GB each time. This very often results in an Error message. Most of the times the error is gone after a couple of minutes, but not always. I am defintely moving from KPN to Vodafone

It's a heavy app, takes a while to just login. They obviously need to hire more on the backend, good UI but it's obviously failing at the start

The app is supposed to send me a text message with a verification code, but the text message was never received and I cannot add my phone or share data. I have tried multiple times and even went to the KPN store for assistance. Unfortunately, no matter what do, the app JUST DOES NOT WORK. My husband is experiencing the same problem. Please fix this!!!!! On a separate note, is going through the app the ONLY way to share data? Because the KPN employees told me to use the app , which is broken.

Such a big provider with such a disaster of an app. Unbelievable. Website loads faster than app itself. Back buttons are lagging, i want to pay my invoice, i see the unpaid invoice in the app and when i tap it, it says all invoices have been paid. The database behind it cant keep up with it. How sad. Edit; And ofcourse i get a reply about connection speed. Listen, it is one of the worst apps ever build. My connection is fine. Everything works full blast all the time, but not the kpn app.

The app keeps asking for authentication and resets to the first screen while I'm busy checking some options or checking wifi quality. This means you have to start all over again. Getting the mobile usage data takes way too long. It feels like downloading 100 mb of data while the usage date cannot be that much, so pretty bad optimization. Oh and the wifi optimization? It just says oeps we can't help you...why include the function at all?

it works, but it's too complicated. The customer service is not so helpful. Lebara is better. From immigrant point of view.

This app is fairly good, however given the following issues I can't say I'm satisfied. - UI isn't wholly intuitive. - If payments of any bill are late this app will freeze. (logged in and out, uninstalled and reinstalled several times due to costumer service insisted in this irrespective of me saying that it had been done and it was no use) - Can't always see up-to-date information on regards of bills
