When you opened the app for the first time, it asked you to change notification settings in phone, but you can't do that, because app automatically turn off notifications. If you can't change notification settings, you can't get further.

Om dere har problemer med versjon 13 så logger dere Android/iOS versjonen for alle installasjoner og sender ut varsel om nødvendig oppdatering i god tid. Så veldig vanskelig er det ikke.
