When it works its good, but it often has problems meaning you either get logged out or the add ins stop working or disappear. This involves disconnecting them and adding them again. More often than not the meter reader that I pay for fails to work and I often get wild middle of the night readings that appear. I often wonder if my bills have been right the past few years as it seems IT is quite challenging for Fjordkraft to get right.

I would like to remove things I am not interested in like for example Co2 emissions and other services. I hope that will be possible in a updated version. Other than that it is a bit fancy for my taste but gets the job done.

App worked up until latest update. It now crashes on startup 100% of the time, right after a message boasting about how they've updated the app. Not sure you should be so proud about entirely bricking your app in a single update, don't fix it if it ain't broken.

New update makes app unusable. It always crashes after few seconds it is opened. Restarting mobile doesn't work. All other apps work just fine

Advertised as it is a working application however every time it must be uninstalled to use it. Replies always indicate that they have a problem related to stability for YEARS and they are working on it! Does Fjordkraft think that it is acceptable? If you are going to switch your electricity subscription based on advertisement and application, it is not recommended!

Cannot log in because agreement is in samboers name. Under problems with logging in it gives no answer on how to login just the reason why I can't and that is due to agreement being in someone else's name. It can verify my address through vipps. Got an invite which is the solution but still can't log in. Nothing but errors in the app.

Would be good to have possibility to set notifications for pricing, both min and max. This would help customers to teduce the costs, and help to unload network at critical hours as well.
