I had a terrible experience using this app. The buttons often were not responsive, which made navigating the app frustrating and time-consuming. The most annoying issue, however, was the app's process for checking the availability of a parking space. It performs this check only at the payment step, after I had already entered all my information. This led to numerous occasions where I went through the entire booking process only to find out the space was unavailable

Before it was 5 stars. But now I see only one option when putting in an adressen. Why? This will happen when you don't share your location. Sometimes I want to look the day before where I can best park.

Terrible app. If I could I would rate it negative. I've got stuck in the parking for the 7th time in 2 weeks not being able to enter or exit the parking. Both the zoku and the CS only offer temporary solutions. The truth is that the app does not work and Vicky should improve a lot before offering services to customers. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone On the positive side, CS is very nice and tries to be very helpful

Very friendly, fast and usefull help. Had a problem with a booking and it was fixed within a couple of minutes!
