The app is great, but not the business model. This would be such a great topo gps app to use for backpacking trips but the subscription based membership is a huge turnoff. I'd much rather make a one time purchase, I'd very much be willing to pay for an app like this with a one time purchase. I'm so tired of everything becoming subscription based.

Awesome! Coming from paper maps and still use them; time to time. This is a great app for all the great reasons mapping is important. Especially downloading for later offline use. Plus with today's device integration can be on something bigger than a phone.

Excellent app. The maps are fantastic and easy to read and the tracking is also equally good. This app is so helpful out on the trail you’re able to locate where you are and all the trails that intersect with your trail on this app.

So many bugs... I updated the app and now it crashes immediately after opening. The maping is all in standard units. Even if you switch to metric. And there is no route development for ski touring.

Really turning into a great app; the UI is so much better than many of its competitors, and the support staff is friendly and responsive. Just a little more offline functionality and it would essentially replace all the other GPS apps I use!

I'm sure this app works great but there is zero reason to pay for this unless you really want a 3d image of your trail. Use Hiking Project instead. It's free and is the same information.

Pretty useless only shows ski resort labeled runs anywhere i looked. No backcountry runs that are well known aside from marked hiking trails up the mountain for summer time. Also no customer support when asking a question, just a "hey buy our app" reply.

I have recently started getting pop-up ads in MTB Project for this app, so I was compelled to give it a look, and I have found that it is useless without paying a subscription. I'll stick with the free MTB Project. I hope their plan is not to shut that down and try to force everybody to use this app instead.
