App often will not let me sign in or pages are very slow to load. The past few months I'm consistently receiving notifications for upcoming appointments that I do not have or test results are ready when I haven't had any tests. Once I log in, there are no appointments or test results but I am always receiving notifications.

This is a hit and miss. Sometimes I can get in, when I can it's ok, I can usually find where I need to go. Right now, I cannot log in. Literally, it won't even let me type in anything. This will do this every once in a while, it's ANNOYING when you are waiting for test results and cannot access them!!

Please bring back data charts vs just all the numbers. Looks so messy and harder to read/interpret

This new "partnership" inclusion not only REQUIRES that I give permissions to the app that I do NOT wish to include, but on top of that, the integration has caused app features to no longer function, period. For example, I message my health provider every month within the app and have been able to do so successfully for years. As of last week-even when I have granted the "new" permissions--the messaging feature no longer works.

Like many others since the new app came along, it's been buggy, invasive, and having this being the only venue to complain about it is not good. I can't get through to my medical messages. I keep getting an error stating that "An error has occurred on the server. Try again later." I don't need a virtual map of all the Allina facilities. I need basic things (and sending/receiving messages is VERY basic) to work. If you want people to use a map, send the information to Google we can use that.

Tried scheduling a virtual visit. The app said I'd be notified but never was (although I gave it proper permissions). I logged in a couple hours later because I was looking for a status only to find my "session had expired". The next day I then tried simply scheduling an urgent care visit (in person) and after selecting that nothing happens and I'm taken back to a login screen to start the loop over again. This is a shockingly bad user experience.

This app is never working.. "An server error has occurred. Please try again later." This is the message that pops up 65% of the time. Need to check labs, get a refill of prescriptions, sorry an error occurred. Please get a working app that doesn't have an error every time you need something. Healthpartners app works every time..

Log in issues... i have to use an older phone (galaxy s8+) instead of my current phone (galaxy s20 ultra) in order to log into my chart to do virtual visits.. constantly getting "something went wrong" and it saying there's an issue with my ID login and password, even though I have entered them correctly .. will change review if this is fixed but this has been an ongoing issue for months now (I have also Uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times already)
