It's an absolute scam! I told the doctor my daughter's symptoms which was obviously a bladder infection very simple by-the-book symptoms. Instead doctor told me I needed to take her to an in-office visit to have a lab analysis done on her urine. Because medicine cannot be prescribed to her without knowing what the direct cause was. Don't even bother wasting the data or space on your phone to download app. If I could rate this zero Stars I would.

Had a terrible sinus infection on vacation with no care around. Was seen immediately and received a prescription at a nearby pharmacy so I could better fast and enjoy the rest of my vacation. HIGHLY recommend.

My medications weren't on the list, no option to use insurance, and why did I have to supply info on my medicines anyway when McLaren is supposed to be connected throughout their system and my primary doc is a McLaren provider? Every other McLaren provider--including in person urgent care--has access to my info through my electronic record maintained by my primary doc! Very disappointed!

Absolutely do NOT recommend this place. Scammers. I asked for a different doctor since the one I had seen was not listening to me or my problems. They refused to give me a different doctor without me paying with no guarantee of a different prescriber and would not refund me.

This app is a scam. The take 50 dollars from you and tell you they dont prescribe the meds... so anyone can make an app overcharge people for a 30 second phone call to get denied... I can do that to people all day and get rich
