I've recently been quite dismayed by frequent no-show busses without notifications. Especially problematic with recent very hot weather. So far, unable to locate any way of installing the new and "improved" app. Help please

i got this back in sept 2022 -- worked like a dream throughout winter. accurate and reliable even tho the bus system isnt always. it's now may 2022, and its accuracy has gone from 100% to 10%. buses are often marked as having arrived when they havent, only to qrrive 5 min later, or the times change so wildly within a matter of minutes to a 2 min wait to 15 to 5, which isnt amazing for my commute to work. i think it just needs some fixing, and it was great when it was great!
