Its been pretty reliable for getting places on time. Of course busses arent gonna always show up on time, theres always a bit of a delay. The app just gives you the estimated schedule and updates if theres delays. Pretty similar to google maps, but I prefer it as I find it easier to find bus routes.

Can't get the right time on the app to catch bus. Either early or late. Then miss connection downtown especially on weekends and night time when everything gets scary when you you see what is happening in and out side the transit station. That whole area including down the street should be cleaned up so kids and students can feal safe to go to the transit station and not worry about who is approaching them as soon as security walks or stands inside together and chats on their phone.

Useful, until today. It's suddenly refusing to open! I'm not sure why this is happening. Otherwise, 4 out of 5 in general as it does not receive updates as fast as Google does. But it's fairly accurate!

It keeps disabling which sucks, it didn't do this last year, and it doesn't show every buses schedule in the little table, but other than that it's really helpful!

Absolutely amazing. Staff responded to my questions right away. It works offline, too, so theres no problems with needing internet. 5/5 would definitely recommend

I can't even get this app to open. It says I have to download mon transit and when I do, it says I have to download the one for my area which doesn't work lol

App is great bus drivers need to pay attention to customers waiting for the bus and not drive by or the city should fix up the city lights so bus drivers can see us instead of driving right by us
