The Nemours app is now Nemours Children’s MyChart. For existing users, your username and password will remain the same, and all of your child’s health information will still be available. While the look of the screens and the location of resources may be different, if you already use MyChart at another organization, then you will find a familiar experience. The MyChart mobile app requires Android OS 9 or later. If your device is not compatible, visit mychart.nemours.org.

Overall, I love the app. The 2 things it needs are: 1. A visual calendar 2. The visit list is great, but it needs to include the providers area of specialty... For example, Dr. Smith "cardiologist" I'm really good at knowing who my daughter's doctors are, but there was someone new in the visit list. I had to go "view care team" and look up the person just to find out what specialist she was!

I'm having issues with the app. I was used to easily seeing whether or not any appointments were scheduled. Now I don't know where to find appointments. I am looking for a specific clinic to make an appointment but it's not listed. I don't see where the old messages are and the daily asthma check ins have been hard to find ever since. I appreciate the options to record but it gets time consuming looking for these. I would end up looking on the website or call the general number. Help!

The new app is not helpful. The previous app was great. It takes forever to load, I have added my child's insurance information four times, and it disappears. I have sent messages on 5/13 that have not been answered. What is going on with this? Do I have a glitch?

The Nemours app is easy to navigate and very convenient. I love that I can message our providers when I have questions, view the visit summary, and prescriptions. The app makes it easier to manage appointments. I love the ability to view lab results as soon as they are available. The best feature is the real time update of my children during surgery through messaging. It's also easy to manage billing over the app. You can even update the profile pics yourself as your children grown and change.

When it is working I really like it. It I so nice to have all of my kids on it together, and to be able to see charts and make appointments. But half the time when I click on the app it only brings up a green screen, and never does anything else. It is frustrating to get a note from the Dr, but not be able to read it because the app is choosing not to work today.

Overall the app is great. It would be great if it was easier to upload all your appointments in your Google calendar in one shot. I have to spend 15 min or so going one by one on my appt to add them. Also, the app is very slow at loading content so you can image how long it would take to upload all my appt in my calendar. Please make that an option, it would be a time saver.
