**EDITED TO ADD** since February 18th 2025 despite all my efforts in changing my password and attempting to log in, it is saying it is incorrect yet I'm able to log in with the SAME info on my browser!! This is frustrating! FIX IT!! ***un-installed and reinstalled after deleting ALL data fixed the issue*** The best and user-friendly medical chart I've ever used!

Great to have convenient access to my medical records. Better than paper docs which can easily get misplaced. Managing appointments is helpful. Messaging communication online is more dependable than voice messages. Additional information provided in the app is very useful. After visit summaries are better than my scribbled notes for follow up tasks.

It's an amazing tool for getting a hold of your physician for even simple things. Look into your current and past medical history, medication ever used, and all test or vaccines you've had. Send personal messages, and schedule appointments or tests. SO worth using!

Great way of having all your medical info in one place I remember how it use to be before having your info digital. It could take days or weeks to get your labs info. Also you had to go into the doctors office to have them tell you about it. This way you get it as soon as it's posted on your chart. Can send messages to your doctor which is so convenient.
