The app is great, interface is amazing and is easy to use with great features but there are some problems that are making it worse. 1. Constant Crashing 2. Whenever you try to add variants in your products, it crashes 3. Lag 4. Slow 5. Too much loading It think, if these problem are solved than this app will be perfect.

The app is good but it need so many improvements as the website is too slow. The other needs to be fixed asap is that you need to put more selection for the images to upload. Minimum 10 photos options. And there should be an short clip video option too. I texted on your official number for the help but no one responded

As soon as they started paid features, they actually pushed the free service to the worst ever!!! Ive been using this. Since 2021 and in start they were amazing,but now customer experience has become a worst nightmare to see.

I'm liking the idea 💡, but the application needs too much improvement to make it successful if we talk about ui/ux, speed optimization. Ui/ux: - icons are too big - spacing issues - text size - each burger menu item needs to be divided for better user experience. - icons should be more realistic - all of the icons are of outlines. - colors are good but they aren't utilized properly. General issues: -if we go to credit screen, why is there profile icon on top right? I liked the idea very much

Mobile application is very good simple and to the point with so many options. I love the app but the major issue i face is no web portal for managing my business as everytime using mobile is not manageable, there must be a web version available for desktop so that we can easily manage the store and use the system. I couldn't find a way to manage my store on the desktop.

UX is OK and could have been better, i e. If a desktop version is made making vendors able to upload/enlist their products using desktop version of this app, then it could jave been done easier and faster. So i would suggest developer team @dukan.pk to make desktop version ASAP making us vendor able to upload/enlist products through desktop version of Dukan.pk, or through website version. App is crashing repeatedly. I hope, my suggestion will be noticed in time by developers.

Rating 4 stars because it needs changed such as when orders are completed or delivered, we should be able to edit the text sent to the customer. My products are digital so the time of delivery is completely unnecessary and seems unprofessional when i deliver the order and it says it'll be delivered at the certain time. Another suggestion would be the site customisation. There are very few options and the blue bar doesn't go away so my shop theme is disturbed.

Upon selection of more than one item, DC is applied on each product and total DC is more than that. Credit card payment option is not working fine as page gets stuck then should be removed, all online options like Jazz cash, Easy paisa are charged with transaction fee. While creating add, processing fee Rs.400 is charged which was not informed earlier. It seems app is just to give try once to get orders/leads while online transactions need to be off and delivery at own to avoid hassel.
