Easy to do checkin even on a small phone screen. I would separate the submit and cancel buttons near the end. I hit it by mistake and was sent back but no data I entered today seemed to be lost. Anyway they are simply too close. Thanks

I have been very happy with every aspect of my experience with Swedish. The doctors and nurses and all staff have been expert and efficient and very welcoming. Communication is prompt and clear. If I send a message to one of my providers there I find a clear helpful response the next morning. With Swedish I feel that I am in excellent hands.

So I already registered MyChart online without issues. When I installed app... A lot of issues. It asked for my email to send verification code so I provided my email address. Guess what? I never text any verification code. I clicked, "resend" link more than 20 times over last 2 days. Still nothing. Uninstalled app as I am NOT so going to making some ridiculous phone call to tech support to get it straightened out. Such a waste of my time. 👎

I'm having the same credentials problem. Decided to just reset my password. Requested a reset password link, got one, went to the app to reset, and got the link was expired. I am under the assumption by the information sent with the link that I have 60 hours. It was less than 30 minutes. Frustrating to say the least.

By far the best medical app for contacting your providers. My recommendations for updates would be links to understanding the conditions/disease, the medication(s), and the test results. It could save patients, nurses, and doctors time.

This app is awful. Give the original MyChart layout back, please. This is harder to navigate, harder to find things in, won't even access my Letters. This app is a real Pain and I want the original MyChart back.
