A Self-Service Portal which allows existing PSIber users and their Employees to access specific functionality directly from a variety of mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets. As an Employee you will be able to update or view personal and financial information currently stored on the PSIber system, as well as submit leave and loan requests, view all leave history and access your payslips and tax certificates from anywhere, and at any time.

The mobile functionality allows Managers to authorize various Employee requests, view handy dashboard information such as Employee Headcount, Staff Mix, Length of Service, Age comparison information and view all Employee leave dates through the handy PSIber leave calendar. This online facility prevents misplacing of HR forms, requires less manual intervention and offers much quicker turnaround time, thus enabling a more efficient and realtime communication process between Managers and Employees.

The mobile service provides an innovative and secure paperless solution, which not only eliminates the laborious task of managing endless HR forms, but also reduces the organisations’ carbon footprint by drastically reducing paper usage and its associated costs.
