I downloaded app after rec a text. I browsed and answered a few surveys. I started receiving calls from peer support counselors (2) who left local numbers and ext. Upon return calls I was unable to actually get to the counselors who left the messages and ext. I get the same person claiming that she a receptionist and unable to xfer phone calls, and will schedule a call back during time frame which they don't. Happened 3 times. Call back to report same receptionist and sounds stressed out.

This app is unusable. My insurance company wanted me to use this to enhance my health care experience. All this app does is freeze, waste time, and frustrate me. I tried using the chat option to get help, but it would not connect me. Just did the intro, and when I press call nothing happens. The services it tried to connect me to using the community services tab were not correct for my area. What's the point of this? It's been around for years, yet the issues in the negative reviews aren't fixed

To me the app is extremely childish. The "bot" you chat with acts like you're under the age of twelve. The videos are outdated recycled junk. An app like this could have potential but y this one falls far short of any serious benefits.

Got a call from someone saying they were from my insurance company. I should have known when they didn't say the actual name. You input your information and it doesn't even connect you to anything useful like they promise. Has nothing to do with managing your insurance it's only for mental health and is so basic like completing tasks to "meditate" or "breathe". I immediately un-installed it but have no idea what info they pulled from me and where it went. Totally misleading and shady.

I'm shocked I was called to download this app. It's literally of no use and it asks to have access to your media and private info. I'm very guarded and sorry, whoever sat down at some meeting and thought it was a good idea to spam call people, they have lack of smart people. The best way would be if my trusted Sunshine Health sent me something in the mail to read and go from there. Fraud is so ubiquitous out there, it's easy for someone to easily allow people to access to your personal stuf.

I received multiple phones calls and voice mails while at work and finally answered them and downloaded this app. It's unusable. I have no clue what it is even supposed to do as it doesn't even load anything that will allow me to explore the app. I'm deleting it.

This app is a joke, im disappointed my insurance had someone(from across courntry) call me and have me download this app to "better help" me? You're joking right?? Hell all of the questions asking for anxiety and depression evaluation is literally the exact same question, worded differently, to make multiple questions, its a joke. Plus anxiety/depression is more then just feeling lonely. Who ever wrote those questions obviously never suffered from either anxiety or depression. Very disappointed.

I'm finding similar issues with this app. Changing the pw to only be told wrong pw repeatedly and saying to update without any updates available, repeatedly... is severely a concern. My insurance company called me to try out this app, but it's ironic they couldn't remember to give me a caregiver but could remember to recommend this app. Now doubting if it was really my insurance who called.. Horrible all the way around.
