App works well. Service does too. As other have said, area of coverage is tiny though, but its a pilot program. In any case you should be reviewing the app here, and the app is easy to use and doesn't its job.

have four captures in different minutes after requesting the Ride on flex and the car NEVER moved from the place where Plate# 12429 was...At 3:58 pm, at 4:00 pm, at 4:16 pm and it always appeared in same site in Rockville and clocked the same 16 minute hold ............................................ Quite bit of times when I need the Flex book and ride and I couldn't get it and there's this black lady told me the flex book and ride stop running soon completely and she needs to be fired from lying to me just because she don't like to do her job
