Very poor user experience when trying to make a payment. unlike other apps, autofill with credit cards is not working and this is very annoying. However, i do distinctly remember it used to work just fine...

The worst app ever! I've been using different apps for many years but this is the worst by far. Apart the fact that with every update you are requested to change password, when you finaly manage to do it as it doesn't work properly, you are asked to key in all your consumption details again. And guess what? Still doesn't work, 'consumption details not recognised' when I've been using the same details before the update.

Absolutely terrible app!! You can never log in unless you reset your password EVERY TIME you need to access your Account, which is very frustrating. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app doesn't help in the slightest and this is the only advice customer service can give you. When you reset your password to access the app you can't access most of your account information either so tbh the app is completely pointless and a waste of your time. Don't bother downloading it.

Update 14.12.24 : payment issue sorted out successfully! Support email address published in Google Play is not working. I tried to write them and I got a send failure " because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail" . In payment section , in case you have a previous advanced payment , the ballance is correctly shown but when I try to pay it I am always required to pay for full invoice value, which is incorrect. Developer, pls correct your app!

Good evening, I get to you with regards to the last uodate you have implemented in the apo as beside the fact that the app runs MUCH more slowly than previously,I was not able to spot any update.I did get to you previously recomending that you get inspiration from Electrica app....you could improve a lot. Looking forward for the repair of the current update as your app is embaressing in the century of digitalization.

This is the worst app I ever used. Please do something with your servers. They do not respond properly. I try to connect for so many times to pay but it's seems is not working. Also, when you try to register and enter your phone number, the app keep saying is not entered or it doesn't have all the digitals, when it actually have. Thanks!

It keeps loading forever... You can see a bill in aproximate 10 minutes ! Waste of time ! This app is a joke!

The app doesn't let you get to the last screen of payment, maybe is because of the donation thing added. If you click pay on the step where it asks you if you want to donate or not the next screen it doesn't show you the page with card details so you can end up paying!
