It's a really great app and really helpful! It has good filters/details that you can choose/specify about your ride you order. I have no complains about it! The only things that I think you can improve are the way you choose the destination, like after you write the address that you want to go to, it would be nice if you can also move the destination point on the map the same way you can move the starting point and the other thing it would be nice if you could've seen the feedback you recieve.

Overall, I've had a good experience using this app. The only thing I would like would be the ability to pin my destination on a map. BUT.... today a driver straight up told be he is going to block me because I pay by card (in Bucharest). I've heard this sentiment before, the drivers don't like to be paid by card presumably because the money gets to them late. Not my fault, not my business. I would like to continue using this app, hopefully this won't happen again.

Setting the destination / Home / Favourite Places is very difficult because you cannot use the pin on the map. Instead, you have to enter an exact address. In my case, the address does not come up in the search results, therefore I cannot go exactly where I want to. Moreover, I do not understand why do I have to be charged 1 RON to add my debit card to the account. Overall, the application seems promising, but it is way behind the competition.

Installed the app, but when I tried to create an account, it kept telling me that the phone number could not be validated, so the validation code was not sent. The phone number was typed in correctly, but it seems there is some kind of bug that prevents the process from being completed. Is there a fix for this?

Can't get a driver to save your life using this app, while choosing to pay with a card. Also, choosing to pay via card gets an automatic commison of a small amount, which while not noticeable, still is a dick move from the guys that developed the app. In short, what the actual hell, great customer service guys...

I couldn't save a favorite address with other details, besides street name and number. Adding a favourite address just gets from GPS the street name/number, you can't add building, entrance or other details. And if you can add those in the "place order" form, clicking on the star from upper wright corner doesn't add all that to a "favorite" address.

Used to like the interface. I was able to select the location manually with high zoom on map, without the need for active GPS. Now it forces you to enable GPS so you can only call a Taxi after you are out in the rain. Also it enables continuous WiFi scanning.
