The schedule in app doesn't match with real schedule (different time is shown at the bus stop). For instance, in app it is written that bus 1 from Beroniusgatan goes at 06:40, and then only at 08:20 meanwhile after 06:40 there is bus at 07:00 and 07:20. Please, look into this issue, thank you!

Hemsk UX, floating ticket button sucks. Skulle vilja ha mer minimalisik design på menu navigeriging. Static, Tabs, hamburger whatever one click from home to tickets.

Everytime i go on this app there is always something wrong with the bus showing the wrong route or not even showing it at all.

App spies on you. It repeatedly request your location in the background even though the app is not open or have been open for some time.

i can't buy monthly tickets from app!!! well, do socialist work everyday? no, so it is not surprising that they don't sell monthly ticket in the app.

When I buy ticket from airport Skavsta to Mesta in Eskilstuna the app says the ticket is valid 3 hours but it expires already after 2 hours and you need to buy a new ticket because the entire journey takes 2.5 hours.
