Don't buy Movistar if you can help it. As a foreigner, it has terrible customer service, unhelpful offices, and you cannot recharge your saldo on the app. The app is not good. Claro is probably your best bet. I have been to multiple offices and called multiple numbers and the cop out from the officies is "Please call the customer service number." And the cop out from the customer service number is, "Please visit an office.".

Won't let me recharge in the app with a foreign credit card. This is a big problem because you miss out on bonuses if you recharge elsewhere. Drop a star. They ask all the low reviews to contact them like they care, but then they just ignore you. Awful app, awful company. Just get Claro instead.

I'm about to have my cell service cut off because the app is too buggy to let me pay for my service. Worst POS ever.

Finally, the latest update fixed everything and now I can enjoy the app using my loyal and efficient Moto G7. Developers, keep up the good work. Thank you, and without reservation I give you more than 10 stars; Unfortunately there are only 5 available. PS, would you also fix the Smart WiFi app ?

It keeps saying that the service is not currently available. It's been like a month, and my sister experiences the same issue.

I would like to use this app while I live in Peru, but I have my App Store settings to Netherlands (for other apps), so I cannot install this app. Can you make the app worldwide, not just Peru please!
