The Tedee Door locker is an amazing device. Perfect for the holidays rental apartments and for a private use too. The complete of devices is optically nicer and dimensionally smaller than anything I have seen by other brands. Tedee is one of modernest and the top brands that exist globally.

Just received the lock, the creation of the account failed. I tried with two different email addresses. Of course this happens on a Sunday. Otherwise the physical installation of the lock went fine. The same day on Sunday, the tedee fixes the auth issue and the installation could be finished. There was only a small glitch after the upgrade of the firmware of the lock: the system tells me that adding the device failed, trying add device again worked without problems. The lock works as expected

The app in general is pretty good and does what it is supposed to do, control & manage the door, but for professional usage it needs more attention. Registering new/temp users can be automated with less hassle and verifications, a link that takes you to account creation with pre-prefilled email... So it should be more friendly for the guys that are less techy than those who installed it😁. Also it shouldn't advertise remote lock unlock since a wifi bridge is needed...

hit and miss on whether door's going to open or whether the lock will properly pair with my authenticating device/ recognise that my Bluetooth is enabled on the device I'm attempting to open the door with..

Not reliable. Will not connect via bluetooth. Poor connection management between phone and the lock itself. One still has to carry a physical key for door opening. Update: developer is working on the app and it seems there is a slight improvement. Good customer care

I love it how the door is always open when I arrive at home. I've got a few other smart locks but this is by far the best!! it's also really easy in combination with a bridge to grant others temporary acces in case of emergency.

The app works really well! Since major updates in August, auto unlocking works every time and no issues with it. Also the devs seem to drop updates very often which is a good thing.
