Excellent functionality for selecting films, booking and storing tickets. BUT the SEARCH function gives no results for film title. Even though there's an A-Z tab at top of search, implying film title. Frustrating. Only way to check a specific title is to scroll through A-Z in a different part of the app, not in Search.

how can you release live to the public an app that repeatedly does not open when installed?! clearly no real bench testing done or anything. Just as well the festival is still 4 weeks away for you to make it actually work! I can update to say that it is at least now working, maybe I downloaded it before it was "live'. However you will definitely need to update the search function (magnifying glass) as only shows the 2018 calendar! At least film alpha list & dates now work.

Made attending multiple films very easy and no hassle looking for tickets. The only glitch - I couldn't read the film details in the app. Only use it to scan the QR code to gain admittance.

Works very well. A model solution that other film festivals could look at. Only downside I have noticed is the lack of an ability to select precise seating when exchanging tickets for another session.
