This app is completely worthless. It's unintuitive, slow, won't allow you to buy multiple tickets in a single operation, shows incorrect information about what facilities are available on buses, shows different scheduled times to those posted on the official signs in bus stops, won't show route information if you search by bus number, and won't let you search for all routes at a given bus stop. But worst of all it gives *zero* notice when buses are broken & more than 35 minutes late. Pathetic!!

Confusing and misleading! Times change at whim, suggested routes aren't sensible. I was advised to walk 6 minutes instead of riding closer to my destination. Bus stop info and locations is useful in areas you're unfamiliar with. Edit: contactless is also a nightmare. Edit: Worst bus company I've ever used. Including rural Poland.

They've tweaked the app to show cancellations, but it now provides conflicting information, as a bus will show cancelled throughout from one stop, but running throughout from another. It also guesses where buses are when they're on diversion, thinking they're on the proper route, rather than showing where they physically are. Also, information about disruptions and diversions is shown in different places depending upon who updates the information, so you never know where to find information

Useless app. It is just a list of all their timetables which you could just download as a .pdf and not need to waste space or permissions with an app. No live information or Tracking of buses. Also the "service updates" part of the app is just a link to their website 😂🤣 it doesn't even display the updates in the app. Totally useless.

Always runs smoothly, and provides all the information one needs. Also a very handy journey planner which saves you flicking through trying to string together a journey.

Mostly the buses are regular with the occasional/rare issue and sometimes the WiFi is absolutely rubbish but mostly a fantastic service.

Learnt the hard way last night that the 'live tracker' on the app can show a bus that never actually turns up! Wasted more than half an hour waiting, then it suddenly disappeared. Not good when it's after midnight and the next service isn't for another hour! This was for the 100 service passing through Horley centre. The tracker originally implied it was just running late so maybe the town centre was skipped in the end? In other respects the app is useful.
