There is nothing worse than a Dead On Arrival app. This one fits the bill. Could not even create an account. Even after entering all details, it was telling me some info is missing without telling what exactly was missing. Two days later when I tried to sign up, it says phone number already exists. This app is used in counselling. Good luck to people who call in with suicidal thoughts.

Updated the rating. App works well, important to note, one need to register the account first! If one is trying to log in directly with the passcode, it will show error. I believe this is confusing, so I am taking back one star. It would help if instead of the error pop up, it would just show a standard alert to "register" (as any other application does).

I can't really give it any stars because all I can do is download the app and I can't get it to open. Work told me to get it. Said it should work on my Samsung phone. Dowloaded and tried to open several times and even unistalled it rebooted my phone and reinstalled it. So for now until I can get it to open...0 stars

Always gets disconnected easily. Shouldn't be disconnected just by locking or switching apps. Articles seem good I like that there are 24/7 counselors available. I'll change the stars when I try out the counselors.

very strange app, dont know how to work with it. when I registered using my company email and passcode, I am in, but... the home page only shows our company logo and I cannot click on it. communication/account buttons are not clickable in the menu. basically I cannot use the chat or call feature at all.

Yup, as expected, app didn't work. Passcode I was given by Workplace Options, to use their own app, wasn't recognised. Found an alternative code online, which finally allowed me to register the app. Waited for my call - nothing. The counsellor finally phoned me directly over the public phone network (you know - a good old-fashioned phone call!?) This app is pure trash - much like the EAP company behind it. Individual counsellors are fine, but they're working for charlatans.

Inpossible to continue a chat after switching apps. You are also forced to log in again frequently. Very small fonts. No privacy options like fingerprint or pin code access.

It's so difficult to use. Takes forever to load. The calls aren't contactable. The messages aren't helpful, will also divert to calls.
