The app in its essence its good, but there's a lot of space for improvements. First, it would be awesome to access all kind of information as you would in a laptop or desktop, but you are only provided with open work orders and a very limited range of capabilities. Secondly, Report viewing and generation, it would simplify the task of going into the office while visiting the field, to check on all the work orders in their respective reports, that way we can focus on the field instead of going back to the office to check on what's left. Overall it's so-so

Refuses to log in to Voyager. It needs to do so before it can even detect and verify credentials and it won't even get that far. It worked fine with minimal issues on my Samsung Note 8, but since upgrading to Samsung Note 10+ 5g it refuses to do the very first, most basic thing. If this can be fixed, let me know. I've tried uninstalling and rewriting credentials (not that they matter for Voyager login) several times.

Has this app been updated since it was released in 2011? Work Orders disppear when entering data, it is difficult to use, needs constant "refreshing", it simply needs improvement. Just my opinion but I think it is a waste of my work cellphone's limited memory, limited space, my time, etc. But then, that is only my opinion as one who still use the "old school" checkbook as not-so-much the debit card.

Need to update this APP with a few QOL upgrades. Allow Multiple photo selection when adding images. Some jobs require too many photos to select 1 by 1. Turn off "auto syncing" at random intervals it wipes information input prior to auto sync drops connection to nil, locks you out of other Wo's and must resync. Set sync to "after user save" state or something better than randomly. Add a Sync upon login so all the new work orders are available first thing without have to manually sync.

I gave it 4 stars due to a few bugs. pros: 1) It helps the main office see who has what work orders and supers can't claim they didn't receive the order like they have with paper work orders. 2) you can make your own work orders when one is requested while with a tenant and you can sign out your own orders without waiting for the office to remove them. cons: 1) No one monitors the order distribution to workers and there are no alerts to the office allowing them to distribute orders evenly. 2) the app needs better alerts without needing to refresh the app so if there is no call to a super for emergencies the app alerts you right away for emergencies. I would also like to see this app available for computer download it would make taking work orders out of the system because typing on a computer is a lot easier than a cell phone especially when you are in a rush to get to the next work order.

This app is a constant fight. I spend every second I'm on this app just fighting it. Constantly have to refresh, always have issues logging in, work orders not showing up. The app looks like it hasn't been updated for years and the only people working on this app is the janitor that accidentally was left behind when they abondoned this app.

Unable to log in. This app needs to be better. I've reentered my credentials so many times and it still won't log me in. You can't even use the Yardi One log in option, because the web page times out everytime. You're better off using Yardi on your mobile browser than trying on this.

The app is constantly coming up with critical errors when closing out work orders it fails to post saying sub category needs to be selected even though it is so I find myself having to go in multiple times to actually get the orders closed. I have been using the app for over 3 years.
