Update: I needed a screenshot of ticket as a proof that I had a ticket during control to apply for refund of a penalty fee (because your app was glitching hard then) The app blocks screenshots and recording of screen when viewing a bought ticket. I need to take a screenshot of a ticket purchased sone time ago. There is no option to change this behavior. There are few things that infuriate me more than software whose developers think they know what's better for the user than the user himself.

This would be a convenient and well-organized app - however due to the fact that it times out and "blocks" you from purchasing a ticket because of the normal time it takes to confirm the purchase in your bank's app, i can only give 3 stars.

It requires a Polish phone number, so me visiting Poland from abroad can't use it.

After the recent update it is not possible to add a card as a payment option. Previously it was as easy as bying a ticket when you need and paying just for that ticket. Now you need to top up you in-app wallet for 20 PLN to buy a ticket for 3.40 PLN. Brilliant move for the app! Terrible for the user. Dev team still insists though that removing a useful feature was for the sake of the users :) At least there is a response - so thanks for that.

Shame I can't use my uk phone number or that you don't have email login. I would really like to use your app! please change it for people from abroad.

I wish I could register my UK phone number when in Poland to be able to use the app. I'm sure a lot of turists would agree with me. Anywhere else in Europe it is normsl to use transport apps using foreign phone number, hope it can be updated, apart of that it is great idea!

After last update the option to pay with bank card has disappeared. Now only Blik or Wallet, required not convertible deposit is available. So shame. Now i should block money in wallet which i barely can spend in couple of weeks as i am not a frequent traveller. Uninstalled app due to lack of payment options. Question to developer regarding the answer below. Why you decide on behalf of users what is more convenient for users? I prefer to pay each ticket separately.

This app is working so slowly. I bought a ticket when I got into the bus, it started loading that lasted like two ot three minutes. Then the ticket instructors came into the bus on the next stop and wrote penalty, just because I can't prove that I tried to buy a ticket, before I saw them coming. Also I have bought one month ticket at the begining of the month and it is not activated yet. App says thet it will be activated next month.
