I seriously never had so many problems with scanning before, this app is just... cannot be used. It keeps getting out of focus, all blurry, even with or without flashlight. I tried so hard to move back and forth and everything, but this app keeps getting out of focus, blurry, and just cannot scan anything at all (I tried on 4 same products, at least 1 of them is 100% authentic) but still, since the camera keeps getting out of focus, it cannot scan anything. Totally waste of time. Uninstalled.

Stupid apps. Cannot focus on any labels. Tried on different products, even the one that I confirm the authenticity as I bought from physical official store. Spent almost 30 mins just to scan the barcodes but everytime failed! And a black box keep popping up. The worst. Im deleting this. And all the bad reviews/comments you get about this problem, all you can reply is to send you email? Maybe if you fix this problem from long time ago, we wouldnt have to do this.

I don't like that the app requires full media access to all files, photos, location, etc. However, after reconsideration, I decided it better to trade privacy details for authenticity verification of (medical grade) K-beauty product, as I certainly do not want to use a counterfeit. Label wasn't recognized & I was able to report it. Thank you!!!

the tag ia in prefect condition, no damages. lighting is fine and clear, and i've tried moving back and forth many times and the scanner still cannot focus on the product!! while normal camera can easily focus on close-up object. can't scan anything because the scanner always focus on far objects

Contains worm/virus/trojan. App wants access to contacts , camera phone calls ,messages, files and even settings. If denied acces the app will not start. I have a security guard program (unavailable in play store)that immediately warned me that this app wants control over these previously mentioned options. In wich settings was high lighted as very dangerous, especially when I have seen plenty of security related activity breaches DO NOT INSTALL fix these issues! Or get rid of this worm/Trojan

The text overlapped on the boxes that I cannot enter the last two digits rendering it useless and it's always the se problem. You should just let us input the whole digits at once its all the same or you should just provide an online service for scanning instead of giving as an app that doesn't live up to its "supposed" service.

My first ever review! This is a terribly designed and counter intuitive app that requires access to your camera, files and media, location, manage phone calls as well as the ability to display over other apps. Installed 3 times and finally managed to get it to work. Deleted immediately afterwards!

This app is legit. I took away one star because the app wants your location, device ID, access to you files etc. Seems a bit much but it did what it said it was and verified that my Koji San Kajoic Acid soap was genuine.
