it's got some issues going on . the graph for weight lifted is jumbled and only shows a couple of days and not the whole week. also can't add exercises after the workout anymore because it won't allow you to put the sets n reps in so it doesn't add it for this reason. very weird because last month it was a perfect fitness app

It's a great free app where it tells you everything you need to know, been using for years. But inputting the weights I'm doing on each work out seems to be a faff as it keeps freezing. Sometimes not opening at all. Secondly when you go to another app it closes. The new update seems to have made it worse. Please get this sorted.

Detailed information on the exercises with simple animations to show the correct form so incredibly helpful for a beginner like me. A large range of exercises to choose from, all separated by body part so easy to find and helpfully points out compound exercises and isolation exercises so easy to tailor to your own workout when you want to avoid/include body parts on a certain training day. Then using the app to follow and time my created workout with audible timed rest periods is very helpful.

Just what I needed for gym and home sessions for free. Simple with plenty of workout designs that can be customised to suit yourself. No Ad interruptions! Shows the exercises in categories to what area they work and a what muscles they work. Detailed description of the exercise motion with a video to go with it. Logs everything and shows your statistics nicely.

I like all the possibilities and building my own workouts. It's a bit confusing to navigate at first but it makes up for all the different exercises and how customizable the workouts are.
