Hate that this has to be done on your phone with no option of downloading to laptop or tablet. It's MUCH more difficult to do these activities on a small phone screen!! Also, If you have to pause a video and then your screen times out, you have to start from the beginning of the video each time!! Not very convenient for sales people that are constantly having to pause to help customers.

App crashes multiple times during videos, you can't fast forward through irrelevant videos, which is incredibly inconvenient when your app crashes 10 minutes into a video and you have to rewatch the entire video again distracting me from my job which is to sell cars not sit for hours trying to get this app to work

Clunky and inconvenient. This is a major downgrade from the web interface now requiring your use of a personal device and one with a much, much smaller screen at that. App is extremely clunky and buggy as well

Terrible design. Time consuming to complete simple training modules. Bring back today desktop asap this is an unbelievable waste of time to do it this way.

There should at least be an option to do this on a tablet. As is a multi billion dollar company is being absolutely idiotic forcing hundreds of associates to train off of the glitchiest app ever.
