I would give this app 5 stars if it was as compatible with android devices as it is with iPhones. Most of the upgrades they offer don't work on android devices. I had to get an alternate link because the one provided does not send to android phones. The customer reviews also can't be sent to androids. The new premium upgrades they are offering for an additional fee are also not compatible with androids.

The app itself is somewhat easy to use but be careful. I have had to stop baking and thought I cancelled the app months ago. Come to find out they have still been taking money out of my account. They make it really easy to sign up and make you jump through hoops to cancel. BEWARE!

I loved this app, but now I can't upload my product pictures. I updated the app and tried from another phone. I'm running on an android device.

This is the worst app. It's so hard to navigate and use. Extremely not user friendly. Hot plate is so much better. They also won't give you your money back don't get scammed. Don't use this app.

Love this app! Very user-friendly! No complaints from customers either. Two things: 1. A way to select pick up and delivery date and time. 2. When you select deposit paid, you can add how much was paid, and it updates the balance without having to go back into the invoice itself. Great app!

The app has potential. At the moment the only benefit for my business is the ability to block off a week at a time as I require a week's notice for orders. My issues-invoices print with Bakesy's logo as opposed to my biz name. No way to edit/delete a menu item, instead you must unselect it & add new entry with correction (time consuming). No tax feature. Not all of my customers require a deposit. If I put the order total at top, 0.00 for deposit, amt due in balance field, total due shows 0.00.

Love it so far! Just wish I could add my business logo to the invoices. As well as not require a deposit on every order because I prefer certain orders to be paid in full beforehand. Just being able to mark the order complete/when they pay in full the first time which goes back to the deposit and not being able to by past that. So far loving the updates!

It's a great foundation for small business. I love the layout. However, there is a bug with this app and it's unfortunate, but I may Uninstall until it gets fixed. Every time I attempt to or make an edit or update to anything in the app, it closes it out without saving and I have to Starr all the way back over when I reopen the app. Please fix soon. I love this app. It just needs some tlc
