What can I say about this app? Such a fantastic application, I have never seen an app with aesthetic UI, fast and fluid transitions, awesome features that does really work in our country. And above all our language preference is set for every terms the are found in the app. You guys should get more credits. But 1 thing for you guys to improve or add is, you have to provide the feature of being both hiring person and service provider, that's the only thing I can comment. STAY STRONG, WELL DONE.

Much required service but please fix the issue with registration. I couldn't get a verification code for hours. I called the service center and was told to try with a VPN on, which didn't make sense but I did. Still doesn't work. A simple registration shouldn't be so difficult.

This is one way of losing any potential clients. I have tried to download and use this app twice. Previously, I didn't like being asked to put my personal data and Pic on this app. Now, the second time I tried (thinking I will try putting my personal data), the phone verification system doesn't seem to work. First of all, if the company wants to protect employees from anonymous employers, there should be a way employers can directly share IDs. A serious need to simplfy app, and registration!

Good app but why is location necessary for it to work. And it also forces you to put your face picture on the app (any other picture won't work) or else it will not work. If you don't want your data to be collected don't download.

Can't be both service provider and a normal user, if you're service provider, you can't see other providers and when you switch to normal user all the data you inserted as services provider will be gone . You can't call more than 3 or 5 providers per day. I believe you work hard on it but you need more work to do.

Very odd design choices, the phone number field should start with a 9 if you put 251 in the front. I don't think profile picture should be mandatory for a platform that shares information with third party and business partners.

I downloaded this app despite the reviews but I don't know what is going on but the verification code is not sent what kind of joke is it any child with a keyboard can program an if parameter and make it work. this app is a rip-off it doesn't work I'm ashamed that even this made it to play store.... you really need to fix the response on your api

It is really a good app. It is making life easier for both service provider and the regular user. I hope through time, you will widen your services in kind. And it is also good if your app works outside of addis ababa too.
