There is no customer support. The help option is just text but no real solution if you need to troubleshoot it. -Can't delete logs -Can't dismiss ketone results (I am not even testing this, and it is annoying to have that using screen space. - Chose by mistake to share always with MSG, and now I don't have the option to share data with other apps :/

I can't even set up bt. It followed the directions. Then when app instructions me, it tells me to push the right button and hold it down. There is no right button. Then it says to choose 1 or 2. That doesn't appear on my meter. So I chose a random one..then the app says to enter in code that appear. No code appeared. I doubled check that I selected the right meter. Still I can't pair the bt. It's should be simple. I'm tech saavy but this is just bad software programming. I may return it.

A mediocre app. Looks and feel very old, doesn't have enough options for syncing with other apps ano not sync historical data. it could benefit from syncing with nutritional information from other apps. Glucose meters are a sad example of abusing people with conditions like diabetes: you are basically tied up to a brand of meter, its strips, and its app. I would consider a human right to have a compulsory standard that allow interoperability between brands.

Great app. Very handy to keep track of your week blood sugar. Has some bugs, after update via Bluetooth from CareSensPro new level is saved but insulation levels not. Need to do manual update after. Graph do not update after exiting save view, I have to change to another view and back to get graph to update. Would be nice to report bugs easier. Overall a great program.

Initially rated five star. Revised to two stars. Now giving one star. Setup was okay worked for couple of days then no connection. Re installed worked for couple of days and then again no connection. If you are thinking of buying the meter go ahead as readings are fine but Bluetooth connection and app are rubbish. I liked it way when it transfers data. If it works you can keep a perfect record. But data transfer just do not work. Data transfer now working well.

I like that this connects to my caresens device via bluetooth, takes away some of the admin involved in controlling type 1 diabetes. Some things I wish were changed or added: I don't like that the app announces the BGL when you've just tested, seems to be no way to mute? It would be GREAT if there were stats and graphs to look at for the amount of insulin used daily, especially a daily average- Long/short acting separated, to keep track of insulin intake changes!

My oldmeter was better (OneTouch Verio), but it was hard to get test strips. Insurance paid for an AccuCheck meter/strips, but I couldn't link with my phone. The CareSens meter seems counterintuitive: after getting a blood sample, I must pull out the strip before bluetooth activates. But it works, so I'm OK with it. UPDATE: After an update, the app crashed, but it seems OK for now.

For me it's fine, I'm able to interpret the data. What's more difficult is sharing. It would be useful to be able to select the columns/rows of data so that exporting didn't produce a massive table of garbage. Ideally, I want to export just levels and notes. Also the labelling on the CSV need to be clearer. When you exit the app it should close. It shouldn't take a second & third action to close it and save battery life.
