This game was so good, however have had issues with glitches since the update in feb. Did send an email with screen shots explaining the issues with no response. Since changing the way the ads are run it's taken the joy. You may have to remember a 12 digit combo be part way through entering then 30sec ad throws it. Or ad starts and resets the task. Such a shame.

About to start level 59 and no matter how many ads I watch I'm not getting coins or keys - can't progress without keys! Also, since about level 45, the "take a break" ad loads once, goes back to "take a break" and just sits there. Need to close the app and open again to continue!

Great game. You don’t have to finish one level before starting a new one. You can go back to the unfinished levels and try to solve them. I think the levels are well thought out and some are very challenging. You know how sometimes you download a game like this and you wonder what the heck the author was thinking? This game makes sense to me.

The puzzles were neat and the levels seem to be long, which is nice. I personally don't like key/energy refill mechanics, but you can watch an ad for a key if you don't mind them. Incomplete lock combinations don't save if you close out of the lock, which isn't great if your memory is bad. It was kind of hard to tell which code corresponded with which lock.

Hints are practically useless to buy, most of the time the hint is not even related to what you must do next, it literally just points at an obvious puzzle that you already are aware is there and gives no explanation, would also like if the minigame puzzles had an explanation on how to play them and the rules of the game without having to cough up 75 coins just to understand what the goal of the minigame is. Just a simple explanation of the rules would do

I purchased the $11.99 coin bundle and did not receive the coins. I sent proof of purchase to the developer and they said to try and restore purchase. I tried, it failed and I told them this and have not heard back in a week. I have spent money on many of their games with no problems. The customer support seems to be pointless. This needs to be fixed as $11.99 was given to you for an item I never received.

whoa, I've played other escape rooms, but this one is very challenging. Really makes you think.

Down graded my review. The game does not save your progress. If you leave at any point in play, you must start that level over. That's a deal breaker for me. It gets to be annoying after awhile.
