Warning: This app will be removed from Google Play in the coming weeks as it functions almost the same with AnyCopy except requiring SD card related permission. But AnyCopy 3.0.0 has been released, which has included more features, has implemented runtime permission for Android Marshmallow and does not require any network permission at all.
