Useless. Trying to set up Internet Air, the App says No Wi-Fi network. Old WiFi is still working, but it apparently doesn't recognize that. Plug in the Air Hub, doesn't recognize that either. Chat feature keeps saying "Hmm that didn't work" or "Let's try restarting the app" no matter what I enter in chat box.

It used to be great. Since I switched to Internet Air, it doesn't work. I have had it work after restarting the hub, but even that is a crapshoot. It shows my network offline and won't load connected devices. I have tried clearing the cache and data, reinstalling, and I have made sure updates are done. Nothing helps.

For last couple of days the app is timing out and says "Looks like we're having trouble". I can't use any of my devices that are on profiles. Support keeps telling me to uninstall with no solution in sight. Previous to this, the turning on and off of scheduled downtime (for kids) has been an absolute chore. App will give an error message to Try Again Later when simply turning on/off a preset time schedule.

This app is only good for renaming my network. All other functions either crash or just don't work. I have been trying for a week to get my profiles set up. However, you have to restart the app after every action to get them to work. ie: pausing, prioritize, etc. I switched from Xfinity due to pricing and customer service issues, but AT&T also has its let downs (this app being one of them). App has no ability to identify devices, unreliable to set schedules, and unstable / slow.

Great app when it actually works. App kicked me out when I was love chatting with a representative to troubleshoot the reason why I kept getting an error for "technical hiccups". I hit "Try again" twice and then couldn't type anymore despite getting messages from the representative and had to hit "Restart" which made have to start the whole process over. You can also never see what you're typing to the representative. UI needs work.

This app is good, but so inconsistent. The fingerprint access stopped working a long time ago. Despite it being enabled, it still asks for my password. My main reason for use is to alert me when unknown devices join my network. But since the last update, it is alerting me when my own saved devices join the network. I have them saved to profiles, so it should not be alerting. This is very annoying.

Every time they update this app it cause problems. I have only one use for this app which is to restart my wifi if it is lagging. But the app will randomly log you out and good luck trying to get signed back on. Usually it's because they have came out with some update, restarting the app, updating the app, not even deleting and re-downloading fixes this.. And yes, I've changed my password successfully twice!! Very annoying

I have not found this app to be a helpful way of getting or sending useful information. ATT does not seem to be giving any updates via the app and as long as there is a general outage, it does not allow for reporting an issue with your personal fios line to the house. For example, my last update is from 3 days ago and it says the outage will be fixed in 24 hours.
