Compliant app to record driver duty status and meet the following regulations:
-60h/7days or 70h/8days Rules
-34 week restart with latest suspension of two periods 1-5am
-11h daily
-14h onduty (daily)
-Sleeper Berth
-Passenger Seat provision
-Personal Conveyance
-30 minutes break
-Location recording for engine on and off, and every 60 minutes if moving
-Mobile device permits duty status changes only when the vehicle is at rest
-Warns driver,visually and/or audibly of any malfunction
-When the truck is stationary for 5 minutes or more, it will default to on-duty not driving and the driver must enter the proper status
-The device (ELD) performs self-test, as well as a self-test at any point upon request of an authorized safety assurance official.

Allows for driver and carrier record edits as well as unauthenticated operation.

Doesn't work. Location never worked and won't let you enter it manually either. Incorrect mileages up to 6000miles off. Many features never worked. Some buttons don't do anything. Improper language in some windows (bad translation). Editing doesn't work. Very unclear how to use this app, no help except for some useless links. If authorities get involved, it will be a big problem for the driver.

Absolutely terrible. It's pretty hard to maintain compliance as a new business owner with this app. Altering status' is an absolute nightmare if you make a mistake. Like accidently putting yourself to driving and not being able to switch it back. Doesn't record hours or kms properly. Has a hard time connecting to the dash module most of the time. Switches personal use back to on duty if you shut your vehicle off. Inspection timer will randomly reset to zero. Loads more problems. Don't download.

The main issue is they don't have tech support when you need to talk to somebody as when you call it states leave a message even if that. I've had issues for months now trying to get this sucker to connect to the ECM and it won't connect now this is been going on for a couple of months. It comes with instructions on app to read on different scenarios. Think I'll probably get back to Keep Trucking. Their tech support rules

Cannot delete a 1m drive time, no options to correct false drive times, cannot add exemptions manually. Drivers beware. This app will have you go into violations that the eld company CANNOT correct or edit. DO NOT USE THIS ELD. I have spoken to the IT department on trying to get these issues resolved and they are unwilling to make the changes in a timely manner to this app to make it accessible to drivers who need to make changes due to unforseen events that happen in our industry.

This is a true garbage app. Peoples in india operating this app. They all are garbage. They don't know Importance of time. They always take 3 to 4 hours To fix it. Please don't take it. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🥵🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡😡

Cannot view past logs without 1st having to choose a unit, then go through all the steps as if actually logging into a unit. Very hard to edit logs if an error was made. This app was designed by someone who has never sat behind the wheel or had to fill out logbooks

Ok I had to lower my rating after finding some really annoying flaws. Why must I confirm that I really do want to change my duty status or upload my Pre-Trip Inspection but not to change drivers??? You'd think confirming the changing of the person driving the truck would be way more important than confirming changing a duty status or uploading a signature. And speaking of Pre-Trip Inspections, could you change the reminder for the inspection report to AFTER the inspection is done, not before?
