Terrible idea, terrible app. The amount of times I've been stuck outside my flat waiting for the device to work really angered me. Also, if I lose my phone, I can't get in and I can't get in touch with anyone who will be able to let me in. I advise anyone thinking of using this system to think again.

Podéis por favor adaptar el app para que funcione con Android 12? (definir android:exported en el manifest) En mi Pixel 5 con Android 12 no se puede ni instalar porque falta eso.
