The journaling prompts are the perfect level of guided and allow for deep introspection without being confusing or too pushy like some prompts I've tried. I'm semi-familiar with CBT therapy, but felt the explanations and directions were very clear and easy to understand, even for a beginner. I also appreciate the financial aid application and am grateful for the kindness and understanding in the approval. The willingness to help even those who can't pay for it right now is a godsend. ❤️

I'm brand new to this app. But so far I really like it. It's easy to navigate, not overwhelming or confusing which i know some of these types of apps can be. You are guided each step of the way. I love the assessment test to help you identify where your at in your healing journey. You are encouraged to take the assessment each week. Which is great, you can see your progress or areas you might be struggling in. I will give an update in a few weeks. So far 10/10

Found this app by chance and looked into it. Reached out to customer service about financial hardship, but that i really needed something like this. I am currently going through a partial hospitalization program for a mental health crisis that I am going through. They responded very quickly, and they were super kind. I did my first journal prompts last night, and I liked the setup and the prompts. Very helpful tips as well. I highly recommend for anyone not just those in need.

I've looked for a therapy app other than just meditation for months and finally found this by accident. It's exactly what I was looking for and then some! It's like having a personal therapist who is there whenever I need them! What I love: Allows you to hold yourself accountable. Not overbearing with notifications, emails, and ads. It's easy to understand everything with the added explanations The learning section Seeing my progress I've been improving with my anxiety/depression. It works!

I have been aware that I have needed help with my mental health for a while, but money issues have kept me from pursuing that. Struggles with my mental health have only aggravated my money issues and I felt like I was stuck in a never ending loop. I saw something about CBT and how it can help individuals with anxiety, depression, and adhd. I did some research and it led me here. It's such a great app. I'm happy to have chosen it to do some real thought-out work on my mental health. I do therapy, but this is very helpful every multiple times a week. It's one of the best apps. Easy to navigate and use. It had me in tears, though, because it definitely made me think for sure. With all my depression and anxiety lately. But I definitely recommend it!
