RoutineFlow is an ADHD planner and organizer that puts your success on autopilot by building a consistent daily routine with you. With this routine timer you can not only create a morning routine but organize your schedule for the entire week.

See for yourself using a smart routine timer can be a game-changer for managing ADHD or autism. Five reasons for why you should use an ADHD planner:

1. Get more done by tracking your routine every day
2. Establish powerful routines that stick even if you have ADHD as an adult
3. Wake up excited by having a morning routine
4. Stop ADHD procrastination with guided routine playlists
5. Having an ADHD planner helps you stay on track for your routine

Create a routine with a timer for each task. Quickly enter flow state or ADHD hyperfocus and get in the zone while completing your morning routine. If you are doing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), RoutineFlow is useful for establishing a simple routine.

According to Atomic Habits, routines are context dependent, especially if you have ADHD. That’s why RoutineFlow helps you build on existing good habits and overwrites bad habits by setting a context for each routine. You always know what’s happening before your routine, which is really important for your focus.
This is even more true if you have problems as an adult with ADHD without a planner for your daily habits.

To help neurodivergent folks or those with ADHD & autism, we also gamify the process of completing a routine by using an immersive timer, so you can challenge yourself to race the clock.

When starting to use this app for building a routine to manage ADHD or to manage autism, there are tons of templates available, like a morning routine or a study routine. Tailored ADHD routines are planned for the future. Choose one of the templates or start from scratch by creating a custom routine.

Features:
-AI Task Breakdown for ADHD and autism
-A beautiful visual ADHD planner for your week
-Track every habit or routine you have
-Create multi-step habits, for example a morning routine
-Beat ADHD adult related problems with gamification
-Assign a timer and an emoji to each task
-Get notified whenever it is time to complete a routine
-No more getting distracted even if you have ADHD
-Finish each task laser focused with a timer
-Visualize your habit progress with beautiful statistics
-Analytics for time blindness if you have ADHD
-Clean dark mode

Trial Blows Me Away So Far! Setting up routines in the trial app and I'm so glad I didn't sway towards the critical views and avoid trying this! I've already created a bunch of routines! (I found this through Neurolist💙via same developer). I have ADHD and I've been through SO MANY apps. This is simple to set up; it's actually quite intuitive (emojis & color options make it fun)! Smooth operation, customizable. Total overview of timeframes helps plan out the day. I'll update after using it!

This is the first and only routine app that ticks all the boxes for me! It's not overwhelming and easy (and fun!) to use, both creating routines and following them. I signed up for the full version on a deal to get maximum benefit out of it, and so far, it's totally worth it! if you're looking for a free to use full service app, this one might not be it as you can only create one routine, but if you seek easy, supportive guidance in developing routines, it's perfect and worth your buck!

I can only recommend this one to fellow ADHDers. The app is intuitive and to the point with a clean UI and no frills to distract me. Just set up a routine with tasks and go. What I like especially is the option to assign a routine to a time of day instead of a specific time. That really prevents the "missed the start by a minute, guess I won't do it at all" issue. Active development and every new feature I've seen so far is well thought-out and has its place.

Love the app! The app has everything I need. It is easy to use and not overflowing with emojis or different buttons that open multiple subtasks. I also appreciate that it opens straight away when I grab my phone in the morning and in that way hinders me to tab somewhere else and get lost on social media. Sadly only one routine can be created in the free version but I am still thankful to have one because it already helps a ton. (I am not able to spend the money right now for the full version)

Dope app. Been looking for something like this for actual years. I was a bit put off by the paywall, but I do understand the reasons and the discount is really generous - perhaps explain more what the differences are in the free and paid & just mention it upfront. I'm curious to know if there's a desktop or Web app available or in dev - I'd love and pay for that. Heads up: when the "please rate" pop up popped up, the "Rate" button wasn't working. Might wanna check that out. Germany=Cool

I love this app. It is a great help to keep routine especially if you have ADHD since you can not only get a reminder of your task, but you can set a step by step schedule to guide you through the entire task. This way you can actually remember things like checking emails or making a plan before you start studying or working on a project. I love the self care templates that remind you to also take care of yourself. Have some sunlight! Relax, take a break. This app is genius. Thank you! 🙂

I have never been able to stick to a routine, it's too exhausting and/or too boring. This app takes my focus from the actual task to "How fast can I finish this routine?" which makes it soo much easier to actually get stuff done. Especially for someone with ADHD like me! It makes brushing my teeth or showering so much easier for me, its a HUGE relief. It would be nice if you could have more than two Routines without paying someday, if that's possible?

Just started using this app and it's awesome. Simply, Intuitive, Straight to the Point with a fantastic UI. One of the few apps I've found myself leaving a review on really. Still exploring the app but I have no doubt my 5 star review won't change. Would definitely be consider the Pro version of the app (chances are like 99% I do — the app is that good).
